The Service
Callers must ensure they have bill payer's permission before using the DialAbroad Spain service. All calls are billed by your telephone line provider at their relevant 902 rates. Calls are charged from time of connection to the DialAbroad Spain service, so we advise replacing the handset after a short period if your calls are engaged or unanswered.

When you call from a mobile, remember to only press the call or send button after dialing the access number but not again after dialing the destination number.

Calls to mobile phones, premium rate numbers and pagers are not included unless otherwise stated.

Prices quoted on this web site are for calls made from standard Telefonica landlines.

Charges for calls made from mobile phones, payphones and other service providers may vary. Call costs correct as of 12th May 2004.

DialAbroad Spain reserves the right to terminate fraudulent calls. The service is subject to availability. Service provided by DialAbroad.

Your privacy
Everytime you use the DialAbroad Spain service your telephone number (“data”) is logged in our systems.

Your data is used for the purpose of routing your call to your destination and the evaluation of call volume trends.

We may occasionally contact you about other telecommunication services that are of interest – if you do not wish us to contact you, you can contact us and submit your telephone number to opt-out of our list.

DialAbroad takes privacy issues seriously so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries. We will not provide your data to 3rd party marketing companies.
